The company has worked on several projects in Dayton, the Greater Cincinnati region, Nashville, Tennessee, and Central Kentucky, and plans to bid projects at all levels throughout the Tri-state area.

The company plans to develop into a strong and viable minority business enterprise, specializing in construction management and general contracting. In order to accomplish this, ClemCorp will continue to invest in its employees and resources to maximize its competitive advantages in the areas of pre-construction analysis, strategic planning and continued client evaluation.

ClemCorp provides smart wiring of pre and existing buildings, Bio-Medical Research development (clean rooms, vibration control), steel and concrete structure design, construction management, project administration, safety management, plan examination and assessment, budget management, construction planning, team building, information sharing, and pre-construction services to commercial owners. ClemCorp can be adapted to service a variety of clients. Because of the knowledge and experience at ClemCorp, versatility and flexibility are key attributes. Services include administration of building permit processes and requirements, compliance with the Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) standards and requirements, and all relevant safety and industry requirements.
